I GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FENIKSS CLUB card is a personal preference card (hereinafter – Club card) issued to an individual by SIA “ALFOR”, registered in the Register of Enterprises of Latvia under unified registration number 40003512913, and SIA “Admirāļu klubs”, registered in the Register of Enterprises of Latvia under unified registration number 40003249010 (hereinafter – FENIKSS). Their actual and legal address is Plieņciema iela 12, Mārupe, Mārupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia. The Club Card allows the user to earn Bonus Points (“Bonus Points”) while playing and receive additional benefits.
The Club Card is valid in all FENIKSS gambling halls.

II RULES FOR OBTAINING AND USING A CLUB CARD
To receive a Club Card, you must fill in an application form. If a Club Card is issued based on a signed application, a contract shall be deemed to have been concluded between the applicant and FENIKSS.
The Club Card is the property of FENIKSS and the right to use it is granted to the user of the Club Card (hereinafter referred to as “Club Member”).
To benefit from the Club Card membership and receive a discount on purchases at the bar, the card must be presented before ordering.
If your Club Card is lost or stolen, you must go to any FENIKSS gambling hall and inform a member of staff. The lost or stolen Club Card will be cancelled and a new one will be issued in its place.
FENIKSS shall not be liable for any loss incurred by a Club Member as a result of activities carried out with a lost or stolen Club Card or with a Card that is no longer in the Club Member’s possession.
If a Club Member fails to meet the requirements for a Club Card level, FENIKSS shall have the right to set the Card at such level and provide associated benefits as may be applicable to the Club Member in accordance with the requirements of the Club Card level which the Club Member has met.
A Club Member may request cancellation of his/her Club Card at any time by submitting a written request to FENIKSS or at any FENIKSS gambling hall.
FENIKSS has the right to cancel the Club Card and/or Bonus Points earned if the Club Member has not used the Club Card for 6 consecutive months or has breached these Terms and Conditions, the game rules, the Law On Gambling and Lotteries or any other legislation.
III FENIKSS CLUB LEVELS
FENIKSS Club has four levels of benefits. The level of Club Member is reviewed and reset on the 1st date of the calendar month and lasts for that month. The level is set based on Member’s total bets made in previous month:
Bronze level 0-9 999 €
Silver level 10 000-29 999 €
Gold level 30 000-139 999 €
Platinum level 140 000 € and more
IV EARNING CLUB CARD BONUS POINTS
To earn Bonus Points, the Club Card must be registered by using the card reader at the start of the game at the gaming machine.
The number of Bonus Points earned will be calculated based on the bets placed during the game multiplied by the bonus multiplier for that level during the specified period.
Bronze level: 0,25
Silver level 0,50
Gold level 0,75
Platinum level 1
Accumulated Bonus Points can be used to continue the game at any FENIKSS gambling hall. The exchange value of Bonus Points is 100 Bonus Points = 1 euro.
The minimum number of Bonus Points that can be exchanged for a Bonus Ticket is 100.
FENIKSS reserves the right to revise the Bonus Points on the Club Card in the event of a system error, any other error or fraud.
You can get information about your Bonus Points balance in all FENIKSS gambling halls by asking a member of staff or by registering your Club Card at the gaming machine.
Bonus Points are awarded to the Club Member and cannot be donated, sold or otherwise transferred to third parties.
V OTHER BENEFITS OF FENIKSS CLUB
Depending on membership level customer receives discount in FENIKSS gambling halls bars (except cigarettes and other tobacco)
Bronze level: 5% discount
Silver level: 10% discount
Gold level: 15% discount
Platinum level: 20% discount
In addition, club members can join monthly campaigns for earning additional Bonus points.
VI OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FENIKSS has the right to amend the Club Card Terms and Conditions by notifying Club Members at least 1 (one) month in advance, by sending information about the changes by e-mail and posting the updated version of the Club Card Terms and Conditions on the website www.fenikss.lv. A Club Member shall have the right to cancel the Club Card by submitting a written application if the Club Member does not agree with the amendments to the Terms and Conditions. If a Club Member does not submit an application for cancellation of the Club Card by the time the amendment becomes effective, the Club Member shall be deemed to have accepted the amendment.
These Terms and Conditions of Use of the FENIKSS Club Card are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. All disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions of Use of the Club Card shall be settled by negotiation; if the parties are unable to reach a mutual agreement, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court of the Republic of Latvia.
VII INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data of Club Members is processed for the purpose and to the extent necessary to ensure the customer’s participation in the loyalty program, marketing purposes as well as for statistical needs and customer service improvements.
The categories of personal data are name, family name, phone number, email address.
A Club Member has the right to withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending an e-mail to: [email protected] or [email protected].
Personal data will be stored in the PROMO PLAY system for as long as you participate in the customer loyalty program.
For security purposes, personal data shall be stored for no longer than specified in laws and regulations.
Personal data will be kept for statistical and customer service purposes for as long as is necessary for us to pursue our legitimate interests.
Personal data for direct marketing purposes will be processed until your consent to receive direct marketing information is withdrawn.
